The concept and slogan which will go into this year's festival is connected with the idea of focusing the eyes on the street art and culture. Street art or so-called street art is a new form, which develops spontaneously because it allows much of the younger generation needs - a dialogue. Most typical of street art-a is its perishability. The authors of street art are the most liberal artists in the world. Their ideas do not collect dust in shops and met with the audience in the very moment of their creation, communicate with her, breathing with the rhythm of street life, with its dynamics and pulse. To implement the idea of the festival will invite young artists and independent artists who contribute to the creation of creative and artistic environment of interaction with young people.
